I have been experimenting with Oil and Cold Wax on Wood panel.  After applying  many layers of color the discovery begins.  Usually I a nothing in mind except to see what colors appear and pleasing they are to me.  Sometimes landscapes appear as in Magnificent Sunrise, which has been used by the Orcas Center in their Playbill this season. 

I love the sense of discovery and the fun of playing with the materials.
